The Truth Weight Loss Program has been designed by two holistic nutritionists, Karmen Wilson and Sam Rafoss, who have lost over 100 pounds between them and have kept it off for years. They know how hard it is to lose weight, let alone keep it off admist the conflicting food and lifestyle advice in today's fast-paced world. Backed with years or training, research and personal weight loss, they share their knowledge and experience to empower you to develop healthy nutrition and lifestyle habits while you lose weight, gain more energy and feel better overall.
