There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent mortgage associate - integrity, honesty, knowledge, organization, effective negotiation skills, professionalism and a true interest in doing what is best for your clients - all of which are the foundations of how I work. That being said, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my client’s needs first. This means keeping myself accessible, listening as well as a communicating, and responding quickly to your needs. This "client first" philosophy is an approach I truly believe in and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. Every mortgage is different and unique. So are the people that need those mortgages. They come with various back grounds, income levels and credit histories. When someone comes to me looking for a mortgage I feel it is my job to help them get that mortgage or teach them what they need to do to get to that next step in their life and own their own home. Getting a mortgage for the first time or the 10th time can feel like a stressful experience. I work with you to try to take the stress out of the situation. My customers are important to me. I want to be there when you take your first mortgage out and to celebrate when you make your last payment. Life is a rollercoaster.
