H&R Block

I had 5 years of taxes to catch up on and was told it would be 500.00. Ok its steep for the amount of time they actually had to put in (I know because I sat there while they did it). When it was all said and done my total was 800.00. I was annoyed enough with this and they claimed they couldn't revise it because it was computer generated. Fast forward a few months and I get a letter from revenue Canada stating that in order to modify my assessment from 2011 and 2012 I had to file returns. Long story short I paid them the money and I am finding out 4 months later that they didn't even file the complete package. Never again will I use H&R block. The only reason I went there was to get these two old years completed
