Starbucks Coffee Company

This Starbucks location is one of the busiest in the Lower Mainland. It is located within a shopping mall, and lacks the standard coffee shop ambiance that many seek when wanting to sit down with a latte. Despite its high-paced location and lacking atmosphere, however, this Starbucks manages to be a welcoming and customer-oriented business, which keeps me returning day after day. Staff members are almost unfailingly friendly (the less friendly baristas don't last long). They handle extremely high demand and long lines with considerable aplomb, and often manage a friendly chat while multitasking on bar. I can't imagine that it's easy to maintain such a high quality of service with so many customers waiting. Prices and quality are of course comparable to other Starbucks locations, it's the service that makes this location stand out.
