The store is always very clean and the staff is always on hand to explain what is in the desserts when questions are asked. The coffee is always piping hot and had a great aroma to it. Sometimes it can get very busy as people linger with their coffees for far too long in order to use the wireless internet in the area. Can be hard to find a seat.
