Starbucks Coffee Company

I go to the Starbucks in the morning. The service is always fast, friendly, and efficient. Clearly, good customer service is an important tenet in the Starbucks corporate concept. Isn't there some way to assure both excellent service (of which you have -- every Starbucks I visit has friendly, efficient workers) AND a consistently good product? When it's good, it's really, REALLY good. But for that $5 a cup, I expect it to be good all the time .This chain has the world's best coffee. I am hooked. I get it morning. I hope they open one closer to my house but regardless it's worth the drive!
