Tim Horton's

You would think that the coffee that you get at a Tim Hortons franchise would be standard in each location. However, that does not seem to be the case. The biggest issue with the Dresden location seems to be speed and customer service. They are generally a little slower than other Tim Horton's locations that I have visited (when they first opened, I actually had to wait for coffee to be brewed because no one was brewing new pots when they were emptied!). If you are going during "peak" times, I would budget extra time than you may be used to. As for the customer service, for the most part the employees are pretty efficient, but not very friendly. I have had very nice people serve me all the way down the line to miserable and rude service. I also find that this location short changes quite often. I would estimate about 1 per every 5 visit is the incorrect change in their favour. This generally happens at the drive through window. That being said, if you just want a "Timmies" you will get it here.
