Description

Peter Forêt is a professional guitarist, vocalist, arranger/composer and guitar instructor. Based in Ottawa-Gatineau, he is one of the region’s busiest full-time musicians. Peter has performed with internationally known artists (Alanis Morrissette, Martha Reeves) and entertainers (Rich Little, Bob Newhart), and regularly performs at corporate events, theatre shows, festivals and jazz clubs. He has appeared as a guitarist and vocalist on dozens of album and cd projects, and has released a cd of his own original jazz/pop music, entitled “Love/Hate Thing”, with his band Peter and the Wolves. Peter studied with Hap Smith, Tom Szymczak and Mark French at Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts.
