Yellow Brick Landscaping is now Bankrupt Eduard Negodenko, who is the owner of Yellow Brick Landscaping, has informed me this week that his company is now bankrupt. Here is his text message: "yellow brick landscaping and construction services is bankrupt. you will get a letter from a trustee soon. sorry." I have been chasing Eduard for over 2 weeks for $580 that he owed me and this is the message that I got. Backstory is that Eduard asked us for a favor and pay for the material delivered from Greenside Gardens and More on his behalf and we (naively) did him a favor. We paid $3630 for his landscaping job plus $580, which he still owes us.
