Durham Basement Technologies Inc., (DBTI), is mainly a concrete foundation waterproofing company located in Whitby since 1997. DBTI has operated and presently is a distributor and service provider of the PENETRON® concrete sealant waterproofing system, with product sales of PENETRON throughout Canada. PENETRON® is a remarkable product that penetrates deeply into the capillary tracts of the concrete by pressure of osmosis thereby providing enhanced concrete sealant and waterproofing protection. DBTI is also an authorized distributor and licensed builder of the superior Enclosure Conditioned Housing System, (ECHO), an approved Ontario Building Materials Evaluation (BMEC No. 97-05214), Drainage, Heat Recovery Ventilation basement finishing system upgrade comprising basement finishing and optional sub-flooring system for new and previously lived in homes and commercial structures including slab on grade installations.
