Russ was born and raised in Regina and obtained his Bachelor of Science from the University of Saskatchewan, Regina campus. He has been active in the Real Estate industry, primarily residential real estate for over 30 years. He attained his appraisal designation and licence in 1987. Russ has served on many of the asociations committees over that time frame.He has been on the Board of Directors for the Association of Regina REALTORS® since 2004 and presently holds the position of President for 2009.
