The Northeastern Alberta REALTORS® Association has been in existence since 1980. We currently have 72 member REALTORS® located within 14 Brokerage offices. Our membership also includes seven Appraiser firms and four Home Inspection companies. The Northeastern Alberta REALTORS® Association encompasses many municipal districts and areas including the City of Cold Lake, the towns of Bonnyville, St. Paul and Elk Point. Included in this region is 4 Wing Cold Lake Military Base, the municipal District of Bonnyville and County of St. Paul We serve the northeastern section of AB from the Lac la Biche area to the north, Cold Lake to the east, south to the North Saskatchewan River and west as far as Smoky Lake. We offer small city/town charm, resort atmosphere and wilderness adventures with all services.
