Fossa Hair Studio is awful. I have never had such a bad experience in my life. I got a keratin treatment, and the stylist, Lauren, had no idea how to do the treatment properly, and to make matters worse, she was incredibly rude and nasty! The treatment did not work, and the owner of the salon, who was also super rude, refused to fix it or refund it. I feel robbed, my hair is ruined. So upset. Such a waste of time and $100. Highly advise others to not go here!!
