Chef Crawford has traveled throughout Canada and the United States and gained her culinary strength and knowledge by surrounding herself with world renowned Chefs working at top destination restaurants and hotels. Chef Crawford has received tremendous media attention as the Executive Chef of the Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto and New York City and is pegged as Canada’s Top Female Chef.

It has become a tradition for a group of my friends and I to celebrate our pre-Christmas dinner at Ruby Watchco. The atmosphere is family style but energetic. The staff are very friendly and professional which only enhances the experience. Chef Crawford always creates amazing dishes that leaves our group praising its fresh flavours and overall quality. I would strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is willing to give up control to an exceptional culinary artist in the kitchen.
