GewTV Cellphone Repairs

I read a ton of positive reviews before calling them and was generally optimistic but they have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The man who answered the phone was rude, misquoted me, hung up while I was asking questions and then embarked upon a text campaign with name calling, threats and intimidation to discourage a negative review. She also implied that they encounter problems like this a lot and could care less. The response the owner posted speaks for itself. My boss never even set foot in their office and arranged for a pick up from his car because of the bad parking situation outside. Furthermore, the only person threatening legal action is company being reviewed. Instead of trying to bully or intimidate dissatisfied customers, how about just providing professional service
