Horrible customer service.They claim to be vacuum experts. They sold me accessories that do not fit my vacuum and refused to refund my money. They told me I could use the credit to buy a more expensive option. They do not have a no return policy posted nor do they tell you they have a no return policy. They said this is how smail business works. Very unethical.
