stay away from Rite granite. they are certified thieves. i can write a book on them, with all the worst experiences i have had with them in the last 2 months.they are highly unprofessional, unethical and indisciplined. I ordered counter-top from Ravi Aurora,OWNER of this company . he has good marketing skills. on the first meeting he will convince you that his work would be the best and professional. i came into his dirty game and signed to work with him. to start, he would need the money so that he could order the granite and stuff. i gave him half the amount we agreed to. moment he was gone, my nightmares started. all his commitments and assurances were to take the money. this guy never picks up the phone, never replies to your email, voice-mails or SMS. in his office, there is a lady sitting(Monika) who is trained even more than this guy, in giving excuses.if at all, i get hold of any of these guys in a week or so, i would be given all sorts of childish excuses.
