They are completely unable to diagnose any problems with a car. Only simple issues (like an oil change) seems to be the level of expertise here. Standard operating procedure for this shop is to keep charging the customer for new parts until whatever problem magically goes away! They are not really a Auto Service shop at all - more of a 'parts installer' Stay Away!
