bad experience, they took my phone to fix it and only said it would take a couple days...almost a week later and I am still waiting, they should take money off of my contract for the time missed, plus I am paying for a phone I am unable to use, and I miss work calls because they are taking long...they need to have a spare phone on hand to give as a loaner wether its a special order or not, being a VIP member I should be getting a loaner until fixed...not getting anymore contracts if my phone isn't fixed soon.
