Kenny answered the phone on the first call, he set up an appointment for the same day, told me exactly what the cost would be for the service call so I new what the scenario would be. He then came, found the problem quickly and did an excellent job repairing my fridge. The cost was very reasonable and he guaranteed the repair saying if it did not work in the short term he would come back. I found him to be an honest man. Rare finds these days when it comes to appliance repairs! Highly recommend Kenny. Thanks Kenny!
