Antonio came to remove the snow from a small roof (a solarium) that we have in the back of our house. It took him one hour and he charged me $ 200. He scratched the snow and the snow fell on the sides of the walls. He refuses to remove the snow from the sides of the solarium where the snow fell. He also refuses to give me a receipt. What a disappointment. I trusted this guy. He is taking advantage of a senior. At this point I just want my receipt.
