Our beautiful 9, 700 sq ft. facility features an amazing outdoor playground, an indoor gym, an on site kitchen and cook and spacious bright classrooms! Peekaboo is fully licensed by the Ministry of Child and Youth Services and our standards meet or exceed the provinces requirements. Peekaboo was the first day care in Canada to offer Video Over the Internet (VOI) Technology . VOI is an incredible concept that allows you to view your child in their classroom from anywhere you have access to the Internet. We are confident that you will be as excited as we are with this new level of child care. Peekaboo offers care for children from 6 weeks to 6 years old. We offer both part time and full time programs. Our part time program consists of a full day program, as few as 2 full days per week, and is available for all age groups except infants. The Peekaboo philosophy is play-based learning. Play is the natural way that children learn. we believe that children learn more when they are comfortable and relaxed. Through play, learning is taking place all the time. We provide age appropriate equipment and resources and we engage the children in the learning process, making it meaningful to them. By giving our children the resources and encouragement to work through problems on their own they gain a valuable sense of accomplishment and positive self esteem. Playing is the work of a child, and it is a job that they love.
