The Argus Search Group was established in 1992 by Alec Reed whose goal is to establish a professional, progressive, executive search firm that has highly trained, skilled, and motivated professionals who will serve the business world with excellence.
The Argus Search Group draws its name from the Roman mythological multi-eyed monster that protected Venus the Goddess of Love. Argus always kept at least two eyes open when he slept, keeping a watch. After faithful service, Zeus had Argus converted into a Peacock. Our corporate emblem is the Peacock feather, which is also a quill, symbolizing learning, training, and thought, combined with wisdom brought by experience. Wisdom is information that we impart to our clients and candidates so that they may make wise choices in their professional endeavors.
