I have always had good service from this company. I have called for a ride and realized that I had forgotten my cards and had no cash. I told the driver and because I use them often, he drove me to my destination and accepted that I pay him via another company driver. He did not hesitate to trust me. I have also trusted one driver to carry almost $1000 to pay my rent to the rental agent. It was done exactly as requested. I placed the money in an envelope and the driver knew that it was cash. They are great. I don't know how other people got such bad service. I have always had respectful and nice drivers.
