Refuse to answer emails. Don't tell you what's going on. I paid for a # they never told me they couldn't find it then went ahead with a background check w/o telling me. Told me they found no info then told BBB they found the person had a bankruptcy (no help to me) but why did they not tell me this info. Shady business. The person they claim they did background on had criminal history had spent the last several months in court yet these professional could not find anything!
