We are a Calgary, Alberta based Criminal Defence Firm. This means that we carry on a “General” Criminal Practice, experienced in and are willing to take on any Criminal Code or Control Drugs and Substances Act charges, including ‘Proceeds of Crime’ allegations. The majority of our work involves Impaired Driving (DUI) and related charges, including “over 80,” Dangerous Driving, , Failure to Remain at the Scene of an Accident (Hit and Run), and Driving While Disqualified. That being said we also have an interest in Drug & Proceeds cases and Appeals.
