I paid in advance to have my mothers house cleaned... my little brother lives with her.. he had to call 911 and go to the hospital for an bad eye injury on the day she was to come. it took two surgeries for my brother to be out of critical, so it was obviously serious, so there was nobody home when she arrived... when i had made the booking i gave her the lock box code to get into the house incase mum didnt hear the bell. But this lady ..the owner of the GM cleaning., actually lives only 5 mins from my mums house... when i called to rebook.. she stated what i paid was used for her to just show up and wanted to charge me more than double what was already paid!!! needless to say we are taking her to court for a few measly hundred.. what a crook in my opinion !!!.. i would stay away from this place or this lady.. her name is MARGARET, (a thief in my opinion) and one who is also not very intelligent as her own contract is what is allowing us to sue in small claims court
