Service is done by a couple of young guys. The manager - who is the one meeting you to get the client instructions - is not present during the job and crew works on their own. Detail cleaning is not a strong feature - they leave stains of cleaning products on the walls and do not clean bathrooms well. Clients complaints are treated with demeanor and disrespect. They just want your money and when you complaint they protect their crew. One of the cleaners is the manager's daughter, therefore it becomes quite difficult to obtain an impartial opinion from the manager when a problem with their service surfaces. Quite amateur management. In our case, the house was empty and ready to go for sale. One full bathroom only, and they left several mold stains on the shower booth walls which we had to clean ourselves after their visit. We also had to clean all the walls around the baseboards because they stained the walls when applying the wood cleaning product. The walls were just recently painted and had to be repainted.
