Larry picked up the phone when I called him (I know this should be a requirement but most contractors are horrible with this). He showed up to the estimate on time. He was very polite and professional during the estimate and provided me with lots of examples to make it easier to determine exactly what I wanted. The crew arrived on time and they were very neat inside my home. Larry walked around with me to show me the finished basement and I couldn't find any mistakes. I promised I would refer him to my friends & family so here I am on yelp doing a bit extra! =)
