Hi, My Mother had struggled with her weight for years (as far back as I can remember). She was not lazy and put the effort in to lose the excess pounds. I watched her count calories, count points, exercise, eat healthy, and not lose a pound. I had seen her devastation. It was puzzling to us how she could eat healthy food, exercise 5 times a week and not get any (or very little) results.
Six years ago she discovered a program called the PQ Diet (previously known as the Matol Diet). She lost 37lbs in a little over 3 months (and has kept it off all these years). I was always sceptical of diets, but watching her succeed after struggling for so long really peaked my interest! Coached by my Mom, I lost 25lbs in the 7 weeks before my wedding!!
