Spoke with Kathy and she extremely friendly and made me feel so comfortable, bed bugs is a subject everyone tends to ignore but when you have great customer service such as the one I received from Kathy makes you feel at ease and educates you on a subject that is difficult to deal with and talk about. Thanks to Kathy I am not alot more open to speak about bed bugs!!!!
