If you are looking for peace of mind knowing your child or children are cared for, you found the right place! I am a mother of an 8 year old boy and a 20 month old girl. I run a very successful pre-school based dayhome in Copperfield. I provide an educational program that I have created where I believe, learning should be fun. We will work on activities that include, but are not limited to, a new letter, number, color and shape each week, as well as discussing the weather each day and dressing our weather bear appropriately. We disucss the calendar each day and find out what month we are in, day of the week it is and the date. We celebrate all holidays and birthdays while counting down as each one creeps up. We discuss the season we are in and all the changes each season brings. I also introduce a special question of the day so the children can always share something special about themselves. We also participate in games, crafts, songs, dance, stories, videos (limited) and many outdoor activities. I am a certified CPR/First Aid level C which includes the infant/child CPR first responder. I'm certified to be a foster parent. I will provide references upon request. I also have a full time helper to allow me the time to spend with the kids. Servicing surrounding communities including New Brighton, Mckenzie Town, Prestwick, Elgin, Mahogany, Auburn Bay and Cranston. I currently have 2 fulltime openings for children ages 2 - 4.
