Cash Flow & Budgeting Analysis: A business can be profitable and still run into trouble due to cash flow issues. We can forecast and evaluate your company's financial condition, estimate financing requirements, and track cash-flow sources and uses. Accounts Receivables: We will process the invoice to your clients and will provide you monthly aged reports. Investigate on unpaid invoices and past due invoices for collections, which makes your cash flow in good shape. Accounts Payable: We will provide you with an overview of all outstanding invoices owing to your suppliers. Reconcile accounts payable and other ledger accounts on a monthly basis, and resolve any invoice discrepancy matters to reduce your stress. Payroll: We will maintain your payroll records, issue pay cheques, Record of Employments , T4 slips and T4 Summary Return to CRA. Petty Cash: To make sure none of your “small expenses” are missing , we will reconcile your petty cash account. Bank Reconciliation: We will balance your bank accounts and credit card statements. All electronic transactions, transfer of funds between bank accounts, loan repayment and bank service charge are recorded properly. Remittance for payroll, HST, EHT and WSIB: Government and other remittances are prepared in a timely manner, while ensuring all information is recorded accurately and concisely. Taxation: We will prepare Personal Tax , Self employed & Corporate Tax Returns.
