We do our best to make every appointment on time, every time. However, the world is not perfect, and sometimes troubles arise. If you do not recieve more than 24 hours notice in such a situation, that is our responsibility. You will receive your next hour for free. We appreciate the same 24 hour courtesy, however we will only bill you if you have given less than 4 hours notice on an appointment change. Your caregiver is required to fill out a report of every visit, and turn it into the office. I ask that you phone me personally with any issues as well. Any issues will be dealt with to your satisfaction within a 24 hour period. Your caregiver will not come to any appointments sick. Alternative arrangements of another caregiver will be made, or the appointment time altered. If your caregiver comes to an appointment and is sick, just call and I will credit your account an hour.
