MCL Property Management, established in 1990, provides stress free customized property management services for investors and absentee landlords, along with licensed real estate services. MCL will find tenants (utilizing a rigorous screening process including reference, credit, and employment checks), collect rents, pay condo fees, taxes and utilities and forward the balance to your bank each month. We will respond to maintenance concerns in a timely and cost efficient manner, with qualified trades persons, to ensure your property is well take care of. We will also ensure that the proper processes are followed within required time frames and protect owners as much as possible consistent with the governing legislation.
