A great initial plan gone wrong. Horrible communication & planning. 2 days without water & 2 1/2 weeks for reno became 2 weeks without water & months for reno. Owen had excuse after excuse with unfulfilled promises in between. Weeks would go by without getting a reply to texts or calls. Owen last texted saying he would finish the project as promised & take care of the few deficiencies as previously promised. I never heard from him again. It is truly a shame as Owen seemed like a good guy. Company should be called Lifetime of Regret Basements & Renovations. Stay away!!
