Patient and enthusiastic beginner guitar (electric and acoustic) teacher. I have been taking private guitar and drum lessons weekly for over 3 years. I have a recording space in my house in uptown Waterloo, and have experience/interest in many genres, including rock, neoclassical, country, metal, alternative, jazz, and blues. Whatever your goals, I can teach you. Introduction to guitar basics, informal jam partner sessions, exposure to tab and some music theory, a few pointers and tricks to keep you practicing and motivated, etc. Since I am young, I can charge a lot less than you would pay an older teacher, $15 for 45 minutes of lesson time.
