Ted sealed a crack in a foundation for me, the bottom of the crack was behind the edge of the furnace and the top part was above the basement landing, not easy places to reach. He worked under the landing and on top of if. Ted came and looked at the job first and gave me a price. Two other companies that I called wouldn't even come to look, they gave me a price by email, but it was higher than Ted's. He has good equipment and does a conscientious job.
