I am Sheldon Barclay, Sales Representative of Prudential Grand Valley Realty. It was my pleasure to align myself with a solid Company that was a recipient of several past JD Power Awards for Customer Service. I have received many sales awards with Home Life Realty and for the past three years at Prudential (2009 and 2011); I have been a member of the Leading Edge Society ever since. This is awarded to the top 7 % of Prudential Sales agents in North America. Education is the key to performing well in this Industry and as such, several times a year, time is spent in the class room, on construction sites learning the principles of building, at the City Planning office, and in Real estate seminars & online courses. I have worked in new construction sales for over 4 years and I am also very versed in selling used homes (Resale homes) with a very detailed, analytical approach.
