The work you have done for me is second to none. I had hired a few people and had trouble with guys showing up and the quality of work was lacking; no one was reliable. It was a big job and I needed someone I could trust and that could organize everything. I had not realized that I had to have the deck and mezzanine braced. You handled all the other trades and a crew of labours and finished the basement in a durable surface; and now I have a great large usable space. He was instrumental with the major clean up, hiring, determining salaries. Rick was meticulous and friendly to deal with and very flexible, keeping everything on track. He did nice finishing work and, landscaping, recycling, laminate flooring, and all the demolition removal. Wow!
