Bill has been in the moving business for over 40 years. He started at Atlas Van Lines when he was 18 years old. When Bill worked for Atlas Van Lines, he moved many people employed by the Department of National Defence. He has now successfully operated his own business since 1988. WW Scharf Moving is a family run business which is fully insured. When you call our office, our friendly staff will be more than happy to assist you with any questions you may have about your upcoming move. Bill enjoys meeting the public so he gives free estimates. When we do our packing, Bill packs crystal and delicate pieces in bubble wrap, wraps them in paper and then packs them in china barrel boxes. If needed, we do crating for all special items. Our movers always arrive at your doorstep with a positive attitude. The movers place runners on the floor and then do an inventory of the contents. After that we shrink wrap all furniture such as sofas and chairs etc. Then each piece is taken to the truck where it is wrapped in pads. We specialize in antique pieces and packing, office moving and any office packing if required. What we take apart during the move, we reassemble. WW Scharf does local and long distance moving, office and residential. Senior discounts are given. Packing materials are available for sale or rent.
