Hi, my name is Heather Lowe and I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for 6 years with CPAFLA (Canadian Physical Activity, Fitness and Lifestyle Approach). I also have my CPR Certificate and an Honours Bachelour Degree of Kinesiology from Lakehead University. Working with many different fitness levels, ages, and limitations has led me to multiple successes and expertise in these areas. I love to focus on balancing the body as well as strengthening it for optimal health and well being. I network with other health care professionals such as a nutritionist, a physiotherapist and a chiropractor to ensure the body has the proper care it needs.
