We are ODDS ON Home Inspection services, fully Licensed & Certified Home Inspectors who provides a high quality home inspection service in Calgary and surrounding areas.
We are an independent company and currently have 5 Alberta licensed home inspectors on our team. We are fully trained and certified to a high standard and all certified in INFRARED THERMAL IMAGING. All are members of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). A Home Inspection is a vital part of buying a home. It gives you, the buyer, some assurance of the condition of the home as well as providing useful information on how to maintain your home. We conduct a full examination to seek out any defects and deficiencies in the home. As part of our inspection, we use a Thermal Imaging Camera which allows us to see what cant be seen with the naked eye. This helps us to make an informed assessment with regards to plumbing blocks, leaks, heat loss, insulation issues ie. poorly installed, wet, damaged or compressed, electrical faults and moisture problems. After the inspection, we provide a high quality and detailed written report. The Home Inspection Report will include colour photographs that make it easy for you to see and remember any defects that we may have found. The report will be sent to you electronically within 12 hours. We will not and do not use a tick sheet as we consider this poor value for money!
