The male who purchases the laser equipment has terrible customer service skills! He stole my money!!!...long story short-he made a personal error that he admitted to and refused to refund me for my last treatment. The clinic looks/is cheap: curtain dividers, cheap ikea shelving, excess of noise because of poor ventilation. I didn't meet the doctor once-I emailed her in regards to the money scam and 1 month later there is still no reply or follow-up. The laser treatments did not work for me-no gaurantee or proof that it does anything. I will never return here and I recommend the same for others unless you enjoy being disrespected and low-balled.
