When I think about what makes a good used bookstore, selection is always at the top of my list. Aqua Books has a large selection of books ranging from literature to history to children's books. The prices are always very good, particularly since they are in such good condition. Staff are unobtrusive but helpful if you need. The selection of books alone makes this a great bookstore to check out. Of note they also have a restaurant (Eat! Bistro) which although I have not yet eaten there makes the bookstore smell delicious.
