Hello. My name is Monika Von Hegel I would just like to tell you about the positive experience I had with the whole process.I had carpeting put on my stairs. Cris arrived at my house initially. He was very pleasant and well prepared with carpet samples. He answered any questions I had. And also helped me with my decision regarding grade, style and colour. He maintained good communication with me.I was at work when the installer worked here. But my Mother was here, she said he was a very nice man. When I finally came home, I couldn't believe it. The stairs were beautifully done, they looked completely different from the tattered wooded stairs that were there. And even walking on the stairs feels so much better than it ever did. There are no more creaking noises and much more comfortable to walk on. Everyone who has seen the new stairs, loves them. They really add beauty and value to my home.
