Charged twice for one job. Refused refund. They came to fix a leak, did a very poor job of fixing it (plugged the leak with glue rather than replacing the pipe). Glue didn't hold, pipe stated leaking again. Six weeks after the initial repair, I asked them to come back to do the job properly. On they second visit they repaired it properly by replacing the pipe and then said that the first job only had a 30-day guarantee (this was never mentioned in writing or verbally) so they'd have to charge a second time for fixing their shoddy work.
