Now known as Pizza de L'ile, this is by far the best pizza parlour on the island. The crust is delicious and ample, but not overly doughy. The sauce is subtle and the toppings generous. The best deal is the Monday-Wednesday special for a large with 3 toppings for a less than $8.00 (inc tax). Unless they change their recipe or eliminate their specials, we will never order pizza from another other local establishment.
