If zero stars was an option that is what Good Ol' Boys moving would get from me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have non-existent customer service and professionalism. We booked GOB over a month in advance for our move. DAY OF THE MOVE, after being 45 minutes late, they called saying they weren't coming. They just weren't showing up. Too bad, so sad. No attempt was made to fix the situation. The owner was supposed to call us, never did. Morale of the story: don't let what happened to me, happen to you. Book someone else. I recommend Mike the Mover, Super Movers, Macho Movers, or Easy Moving Solutions. These are the companies that went above and beyond to help us get out of the situation Good Ol' Boys left us in.
