Caribbean Flavas is a "casual fine dining restaurant" which has been influenced by many different cultures and cuisines - African, Asian, European & Indian.
This project began as part of the UNB MBA Entrepreneurship & BBA requirements based on the ideas of Naz and his sisters Aziza & Azana. Since 2004 Caribbean Flavas has offered an exciting fusion style of cooking in a tropical décor with Caribbean music, filled with warm "family type" personalities, love & passion that will surely make your dining experience enjoyable.

After a negative first experience, I gave Caribbean Flavas a second chance. Unfortunately, the second time was no better than the first. I will admit that the food is good. But it is overpriced, and the customer service is overbearing. The last time we went, they opened later than was posted on the door, and we spent our 'date night' listening politely to one of the staff talking for 20 minutes at us. I ordered a coffee with dessert, and was shocked to discover that it was a $7 cup off coffee. Though the presentation was nice (if not completely unnecessary), it was a $7 cup of plain old coffee. Also, while I am not a big drinker, I was surprised that a Caribbean restaurant did not serve alcohol. This isn't a big deal, but if others go to this restaurant and expect a tropical drink, or even a glass of wine you may be disappointed.
